Abstract

The education level of the elementary school students should have a great foundation. If this is prevented or minimized, the teacher’s influence in a student teaching activity can bring a drastic change in the student progress. The classroom teaching system plays an important role in today’s learning and teaching activities. It should be noted that much of this depends on the unique characteristics of the teacher. It’s important to understand that no matter how much instructional equipment, school or administrative quality is found, the academic value available to the students depends on it. It also points to the need for greater change in teaching methods. The author has the important task of producing the changes. One of the things that is proposed for this is how to improve the efficient learning of students by teaching techniques, it is also important for the teacher to be aware of how to improve. In addition, teaching helps the student develop his/her skills, attitudes, knowledge and values. The survey shows that five out of the 16 Tamil schools in Balangoda area, which include many such subjects, include elementary schools and the teachers can help their students make better behavioral changes through teaching. The teacher also seems to have a lot of knowledge about the subject, teaching methods and psychological thinking. Even though the above activities are under taken certain amount of students will be found as a setback. Teachers and parents owe them a duty to rectify this. Therefore, this study has been put in place to provide the best learning level for the elementary school students and to provide them with remedial learning
